National CASA/GAL
The National CASA/GAL Association for Children supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. We believe that every child should be given the opportunity to thrive in a safe and loving home.
South Dakota CASA
The South Dakota CASA State Administered Organization, in collaboration with the National CASA Association and the South Dakota Unified Judicial System, State Court Administrator's Office is committed to providing leadership, support, and encouragement to the state's CASA programs that provide a service to the court that oversees child abuse and neglect cases and to the children involved in the court proceedings.

The mission of the Helpline Center is making lives better by giving support, offering hope and creating connections all day, every day.
988 Suicide Hotline
As part of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline network of crisis centers, the Helpline Center provides a connecting point for South Dakotans 24/7 who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, a mental health or substance use crisis or any other kind of emotional distress. The Helpline Center is accessible through a three-digit number, 988. When someone calls, chats or texts 988, they will be connected to a trained crisis specialist.
Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment
The Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment (CPCM) is developing sustainable solutions to reduce all forms of child maltreatment in South Dakota, beginning with child sexual abuse. Child maltreatment prevention and response is a complex issue. Responsibility for prevention efforts and corresponding promotion of child wellbeing is shared across multiple agencies and programs in the child welfare system. CPCM brings unity to the work.
Department of Social Services - Child Protection Services
Protective Services are services providing responses to reports of child abuse and neglect. They include receipt and assessment of reports and support to children and families when children are determined to be unsafe.
Good Shepherd Clinic
Begun as a ministry of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Good Shepherd Clinic, Inc. (GSC) opened its doors in 2009. GSC proudly serves our local communities through our mission of providing quality health and emergency dental care for the uninsured. Approximately 15% of these residents live below the poverty level and do not have health insurance. GSC patients often acknowledge that choosing to pay monthly necessity expenses, such as rent, utilities, food and staples, versus optional personal health care, challenges them.

Artemis House
Victims of Violence Intervention Program, better known for our shelter - the Artemis House - is a 501(c)3 corporation committed to ending sexual and domestic violence in our service area of Lawrence, Butte and Harding counties in South Dakota.
